BEWARE of Loan Modification Scams!
If you are upside down on your home and not sure what to do because you would really rather stay in your home and not do a short sale or let you home go into foreclosure- please watch the attached video!
Our advice to our clients is to apply directly with their lender(s) for a loan modification and not turn to a company to do it for you; remember if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Several of our clients have come to us days before their home’s Trustee Sale (after spending thousands of dollars that they didn’t have to apply for a loan modification) hoping for a miracle to avoid foreclosure- we’ve had a few miracles; but we’d much rather see you keep your money in your pocket.
Don’t hesitate to call us for more advice if you don’t know how to get out from under your house payment; especially if you already have a Trustee Sale (aka Foreclosure) date set. 480-243-4242

Great site. A lot of useful information here. I’m sending it to some friends!
Keep working ,great job!
G’day. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Like a lot of people I struggling to make my house payments. I saw an article that says I might be able to get a loan modification. It says I should hire a loan modification specialist instead of doing it myself. If anyone has an opinion or experience, let me know.
Here’s the article I read Loan Modification – Do you still have time to save your home
Thanks!
Informative writing! Are there any thoughts that you may be able to share to explain the first part a bit more? thanks
This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I enjoy seeing websites that understand the value of providing a prime resource for free. I truly loved reading your post. Thanks!
Your blog is so informative ¡ keep up the good work!!!!
Wow this is a great resource.. I’m enjoying it.. good article
Wow! Thank you! I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my blog?
Absolutely- feel free!
Hello Can anyone recommend a good loan modification lawyer? Or do you think I should try this myself. If so, can you recommend a good training kit so I will know what not to do?
Thanks!
On my website under resources is a link for the Thomas Constant Mediation Law Group. I personally think that loan modifications are better done by the individual because the attorneys and other companies that offer those services really don’t do much more than what you can do yourself if you have time to deal with it and patience. Feel free to call me if you want more advice!
